Noah Trombly joined the firm as an associate in September 2019 and became a partner in April 2025. Noah has successfully litigated a variety of catastrophic injury cases in state and federal courts in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Noah has obtained numerous six and seven-figure recoveries for clients in car crashes as well as premises liability cases. Some of his notable results include $4.2 million for an individual grievously injured in a shooting as a result of inadequate security at a Washington, D.C. apartment complex; $2.25 million for a young man who was struck by a vehicle in the shoulder of a road while working as a landscaper and suffered an array of orthopedic injuries and a traumatic brain injury; $890,000 for the estate of an individual who was fatally struck by a vehicle that overshot a parking space and crashed into a building; $565,000 for a driver in a car crash who sustained a concussion and tearing of cartilage in his hip; $512,000 for an elderly woman who fell and fractured her leg in her apartment unit’s bathtub after she requested but did not receive ADA-compliant grab bars; $500,000 for a bicyclist struck by a delivery truck, which resulted in a concussion and fractured collarbone; and $500,000 for a pedestrian who fractured her elbow when she was struck by a bus while crossing the street. In 2024, Super Lawyers designated Noah as a Rising Star.
Prior to joining the firm, Noah completed a clerkship with the Honorable Anthony C. Epstein of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Noah graduated, cum laude, from William & Mary Law School. During law school, Noah served as an Articles Editor on the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, and externed with the Honorable Russell F. Canan of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. He earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
A member of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia bars, Noah is an active member of the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C., where he currently serves on the Board of Governors. He is also a member of the Maryland Association for Justice, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
Noah lives with his wife and son in Bethesda, Maryland.
